Look> if you go to your right you will see buttons that will take you there. It’s very pretty and makes you feel happy about everything.
Although, I have good reason to feel happy about everything anyway because
a) I had a spangly launch party which made me feel funny and overwhelmed
b) I drank rum all weekend
c) I had lots of fun making a feature for Radio 2. It involved a Relate counsellor hanging up on me. ha ha!

Did she really hang up on you??? I thought it was scripted. Hilarious. I really enjoyed your feature. I’ve been reading ‘Good in Bed’ by Jennifer Weiner with the rest of my book group and so it all tied in brilliantly.

No, she didn’t really hang up on me! And she took some persuading to pretend to do it, in case she ruined the Relate brand – but she was v game in the end.. That’s so funny that you are reading Good in Bed, as I worked on the PR for that book when it first came out (in the very same office where ‘Niel’ bought me a bagel the morning after the Nate dumping). I still have my GOOD IN BED nightie, which has not quite has the desired effect, I must say… x
